When people ask me how they did, I try to frame it more general, like instead of here's what you should do better, here's what I would do if I were interviewing that would allow me to be more impactful. I've always got good responses. And I've been told I'm in the clear legally.

The industry is too small to treat people like you will never run into them again. There are many reasons why someone might not be right for the role today, but will be a rockstar tomorrow.
