If we assume this guy was taking photos for his own private collection, there's a hilarious irony that the person who took the video, and then posted it onto Twitter. Managed to expose the victims photos that he took, AND ALSO many other photos of their faces to the world.

But then the rest of the article is a load of nonsense about legislation that doesn't even exist.
